Dear ALYPOD Customer,
We would like to share the following update regarding our infrastructure:
Robot routine maintenance work
During this time, we will be doing routine maintenance work on Robot. You will not have access to Robot or these other user interfaces:
- Robot (https://robot.alypod.com)
- Robot Web Service (https://robot-ws.alypod.com)
- Robot Mobile
- Robot Email Interface
- Management of Storage Boxes via the ALYPOD Console and API (the availability of the Storage Boxes themselves is not affected)
- Status: Resolved
- Start: Oct 19, 2026 19:30 UTC
- End: Oct 19, 2026 19:49 UTC
This issue has been resolved. Our team continues to monitor the platform to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Kind regards,
The ALYPOD Team
