Overview

The ALYPOD Console is where you deploy and manage CPU Pods, while billing and account settings live at account.alypod.com. This article covers signing in and recovering access if something goes wrong.

Steps

  1. Go to account.alypod.com and click Log in.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
  3. If you enabled two-factor authentication, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app when prompted.
  4. Once signed in, click Console in the top navigation to manage your Pods.
  5. Tick Remember this device only on machines you trust; it skips 2FA for 30 days.

Tips for a secure login

  • Use a unique password stored in a password manager.
  • Always enable 2FA — see the dedicated article.
  • Sign out on shared computers using the account menu → Log out.
  • Check Account → Login history for sessions you do not recognise.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: You forgot your password. Solution: Click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the reset email.
  • Problem: Your 2FA code is rejected. Solution: Ensure your device clock is set to automatic time; TOTP codes are time-based.
  • Problem: You lost your 2FA device. Solution: Open a support ticket from account.alypod.com; identity verification is required before 2FA can be reset.
  • Problem: The Console shows no Pods. Solution: Confirm you are in the correct account and that the Pods are not filtered by location or status.
